This delightful hong cha (red tea) was plucked this year in Taiwan. Strong honey notes give way to hints of a floral aftertaste. Drink with a splash of milk or neat. This tea performs well at a brisk boil, though slightly cooler water will change the final flavors. Experiment with gong fu style or Western style. This tea will not disappoint.
